  • Corn on the Cob

    Ingredients

    1 medium ear corn, husk on

    Place the corn in the microwave, do not remove the husk. Microwave the corn on the high setting for 4 minutes. (Add 4 minutes for each additional ear of corn)

    Cut the bottom off the stem end:
    Use a kitchen towel or pot holder to remove corn from the microwave (it's hot!) Cut off the bottom of the corn, stem end, about one row of corn in from the stem. Squeeze the corn out of the husk

    Add Butter
    Sprinkle liberally with Bossy Aussie Sweet and Spicy Or Gracie’s Magic Blend

  • Mac And Cheese

    Ingredients

    2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

    12 ounces Velveeta cheese (cut into 1/2-inch cubes)

    1⁄3 cup milk

    1⁄8 teaspoon pepper

    Bossy Aussie Sweet and Spicy

    DIRECTIONS

    Cook Pasta according to directions on box then drain well.

    Return pasta to pot and add cheese, milk and pepper. Stir constantly over low heat until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with Bossy Aussie Sweet and spicy to Taste

    Serve and enjoy!

  • Smoked Queso

    Instructions

    Begin by browning the ground meat.

    Next, combine all the ingredients in a large aluminum pan:

    2 pounds Velveeta cheese

    2 pounds ground beef

    16 ounces shredded Mexican cheese or Pepper Jack

    30 ounces diced tomatoes and chilies

    1 cup pickled jalapeños

    1 white onion

    1 cup Milk

    Bossy Aussie Bomb Marinade to taste

    Preheat the grill or smoker to 350°F using hickory wood pellets.

    Place the uncovered foil pan on the grill grates and close the lid.

    Cook for 30 to 40 minutes, then stir the mixture.

    Serve with your favorite corn chips.
