  • Smoked Shotgun Shells

    1 lb. hamburger
    1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    2 jalapeños diced
    Half onion diced
    Half block cream cheese
    Half block large grated pepper jack cheese .
    Mix it all together.

    Start stuffing it in a manicotti shell make sure entire shell is full. Wrap each shell with bacon. Use Bossy Aussie Sweet a Spicy rub, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Set smoker at 300 degrees and cook.
